07/19/2011 - QC Foodie - Favorites List with links

The Quad Cities is full of great restaurants on both sides of the river.  My fiance and I make it a point to support local dining establishments and I write commentary about them in my food blog.  We may not have quite the rich variety of larger metro areas such as Chicago but we have our own eateries to be proud of nonetheless.  I'm happy to have eaten at the following restaurants and give them my toast of approval for various reasons.  It has been fulfilling to dine at all of these places and I would like to share my top choices and links from QuadCitiesNightOut.com with all of my visitors.

For a very tasty & unique menu, and a wonderful patio to dine outside, you need to try Ganson's on 38th St. Rock Island! It's right by Saukie Golf Course. Wonderful sandwiches, homemade soups, and pastries!
