Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, owner Bud Canfield's baby-blue restaurant enjoys a fine reputation for its family friendly atmosphere and home-style steak and prime rib entrees. The Skyline's specialty, however, is its catfish, rumored to be the best in the area. Before dinner, head out to the observation patio and enjoy a few cocktails from the bar. Reservations suggested.
